A new entrepreneurship advisory service will be introduced in April 2026. It provides people considering entrepreneurship and early-stage entrepreneurs in the Tampere Region Employment Area with a new digital platform to support the initial phases of entrepreneurship.

Nearly three million euros granted to the Tampere region employment area to support youth employment – Employers will soon be able to apply for Youth recruitment subsidy

The City of Tampere has been granted nearly three million euros to support employment of young people.

Figure tells about the feedback provided by the job seeker customers. 85 % reported their issue progressed during the phone call, 62% reported the meeting supported their future employment prospects, 95% received clear guidance, 77% gained confidence in job seeking during the meeting and top three emotions after the meeting were hopeful, felt heard and happy. NPS was 71.

On the Tampere Region Employment Area, feedback collected from job seekers shows that the majority find the services useful, humane and reliable.
