Residents’ Evenings are public events that give residents an opportunity to hear about current city matters, ask questions and discuss them with City of Tampere representatives.

Once a year, a special Residents’ Evening is held with the Mayor, Deputy Mayors and the Chair of the City Council in attendance.

This year’s Mayor’s Residents’ Evening will take place on Tuesday 8 September 2026 from 5 pm to 7 pm in the Näsijärvi Hall at Tampere City Hall (Aleksis Kiven katu 14–16 C). Refreshments will be served from 4.30 pm onwards.

Please register using the online form by Tuesday 1 September 2026 at the latest. Places are limited to 130 participants and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

The event will also be streamed live on Tampere Channel. The live stream can be watched without prior registration.
