Instructions for the Sports Services online shop

You can buy previously purchased serial products for an existing wristband.

Here's how to do it

1. Selec Load wristband.
2. Enter the wristband number found on the back of the wristband.
3. Choose the ticket. The menu will show the products available for that wristband. If the menu is empty, it is not possible to download products for the wristband in the online shop.
4. Please read the terms and conditions of the online shop carefully and proceed.
5. Confirm the order and enter your email address to receive the order confirmation. Accept and proceed to payment.
6. Select your preferred payment method (bank payment, mobile payment or card payment) and proceed to payment.
7. After the payment transaction, be sure to return to the seller's service. The online load will be transferred to the wristband automatically at the entrance gate the next time you use the wristband.

The gym ticket purchased from the online store can be used at the gyms of Nääshalli Sports Hall, Kaukajärvi Leisure Centre and Tesoma Ice Stadium. You can purchase a single ticket for the Tampere Swimming Centre gym from the Swimming pools and Outdoor Swimming Pool section.

Tickets must be used within 30 days of purchase.

Here's how to do it

1. Select Tickets for indoor sports.
2. Under "Gym (not Tampere swimming centre) ticket QR", select Add.
3. Select the number of tickets you want in your shopping cart and proceed to payment.
4. Confirm your order by entering your email address. Please check again that your email address is correct and that you have a valid, working email address. Read the terms and conditions of the online shop. Accept and proceed to payment.
5. Select your preferred payment method (bank payment, mobile payment or card payment). Proceed to payment.
6. After the payment transaction, remember to return to the seller's service. The QR code will be displayed on the screen after the purchase and will also be delivered to the email address you provided.
7. Upon arrival at the gym, please display the QR code ticket below the reader at the entrance gate.

Please note that the QR code can only be used once. So take care of it and don't give it to anyone else.

B-hall track and field season ticket QR is valid at the Tampere Exhibition and Sports Centre from 1 April to 30 November during the off-season.

The QR ticket is read directly at the entrance gate.

A swimming ticket purchased from the online shop can be used at Hervanta Swimming Pool, Tesoma Swimming Pool, Pyynikki Swimming Pool or Tampere Swimming Centre. You can also buy single tickets for the Tampere Outdoor Swimming Pool and Tampere Swimming Centre gym.

Tickets are available for different age groups:

• Adult (25-64 years old)
• Child (4-16 years old)
• Young people (17-24 years old)
• Senior (over 65 years)

The ticket price for the Swimming Centre gym is the same for all user groups. Tickets must be used within 30 days of purchase.

Please note that a combined ticket for the Tampere Outdoor Swimming Pool and the Tampere Swimming Centre can only be purchased at the cash desk of the Swimming Centre. Student tickets are also only sold at the cash desks.

To gain access, you need to exchange the QR code for a swimming wristband at the self-service desk.

Here's how to do it

1. Select Tickets for swimming.
2. Select the number of tickets you want in the shopping cart and proceed to payment.
3. Confirm your order by entering your email address. Please check again that your email address is correct and that you have a valid, working email address. Read the terms and conditions of the online shop. Accept and proceed to payment.
4. Choose your payment method (bank payment, mobile payment or card payment) and proceed to payment.
5. After the payment transaction, remember to return to the seller's service. The ticket will be displayed on the screen after purchase and will also be delivered to the email address you provided.
6. When you arrive at the pool, please display the QR code on the bottom of the reader. Take the white one-time wristband from the basket and point it at the front of the same device where the blue light is on.
7. Go to the gate and show the wristband to the reader at the gate.
8. When you leave, insert the wristband into the gate.

Please note that the QR code can only be used once. So take care of it and don't give it to anyone else.

The ticket is personal and grants access to one session. The ticket cannot be used to reserve the entire space for oneself. Show the ticket to the staff at the sports venue, who will check the validity of the ticket.

Available sports facilities and activities include:

• Tesoma Sports Hall, open activity
• Tammela school, basketball
• Sampo upper secondary school, open activity
• Etelä-Hervanta school, volleyball
• Hervanta vocational school, futsal
• Kaukajärvi Leisure Centre, volleyball
• Sampo new school, badminton

You can only load products onto the wristband that have previously been on the wristband.

The 360-day season ticket for swimming pools cannot be loaded in the online store; it can be loaded at the cash desk.

The purchase will be loaded onto the wristband at the next stamping at the sports venue, but no earlier than one hour after the purchase.

The load must be stamped at the sports venue within 30 days.

The QR code will appear on your screen after the purchase and will also be sent to the email address you provided during the order confirmation.

The QR ticket is valid at the following gyms:

• Nääshalli Sports Hall
• Kaukajärvi Leisure Centre
• Tesoma Ice Stadium

Show the QR ticket at the reader device at the entrance. The reader devices are located next to the control room. At Tesoma Ice Stadium, show the QR ticket at both the outer door reader and the entrance gate inside the door.

The QR ticket is not valid at the gym of the Tampere Swimming Centre.

Buying your own wristband is not required for a single ticket. At swimming pools you will loan one and return it at the gate.

For season tickets, you can use an existing wristband or buy a new one.
