Private Daycare Centres and Group Family Daycare 

• Apply for an early childhood education and care place directly through the daycare centre or group family daycare
• The daycare centres sets their own pricing for the care provided.
• The family and the daycare centre sign a written care agreement outlining the terms of the early childhood education service.
• Families may apply for a private daycare allowance and the municipal supplement through the Social Insurance Institution (Kela).
