The Swimming Centre has one 50-metre pool with eight lanes, which can be divided into two separate pools using a hydraulic boom. The swimming pool also has a teaching pool, children's pool and cold plunge pool.

The extension has a 25-metre training pool with six lanes and a diving pool. The new pools are available for both competitive and fitness swimmers. The design of the training pool also makes it possible to use it for hydrobics. The diving pool can also be used for water polo, and its dimensions make it suitable for international water polo matches.

You cannot pay the entrance fee to the gym with a public transport payment card.

The Sports Services’ exercise groups may use the gym at times, which may cause congestion.

The welcoming swimming pool of Tesoma, which was completed in 1998, is the newest pool in Tampere. It is a new type of municipal swimming pool with spa-like services.
 
It has a pool of 25 metres with six lanes, a children's pool, a Jacuzzi, a cold plunge pool and a diving pool with a three-metre diving platform. Both the fitness swimming pool and the diving pool are steel coated. The total number of lockers is 180.

Pyynikki swimming pool has long traditions as it was one of the first covered swimming pools in Finland. It was opened in 1956, and since then it has been renovated several times over the years. Pyynikki swimming pool is a site protected by the Finnish Heritage Agency, which is why its traditions were respected in the renovation. A third-party gym entrepreneur also operates on the premises.

The swimming pool facilities, dressing rooms and shower rooms are on the first floor of the building. A gym and sports hall serve customers on the ground floor and 2nd floor. Dressing rooms and showers for gym users are on the ground floor of the building.
 
The former children’s pool has a movable floor, which can be raised and lowered. New features include a paddling pool for children as well as a Jacuzzi and a cold plunge pool. The adult pool has also been improved by bringing the water up to the floor level.

Most instructor-led activities at the swimming pool take place in the pool with the movable floor, and at those times, children who are not able to swim can only use the paddling pool.

Hervanta swimming pool, which was completed in 1978, is located nearly 30 metres below the ground level. It was renovated in 2019-2021. The swimming pool has one pool of 25 metres with six lanes and a children's pool.

The swimming pool has a gym, which was upgraded at the time of the renovation. Customers who pay the fee for using the swimming pool can also use the gym.

The access control system of the pool was replaced in connection with the renovation, and the wristband opens and closes the lockers with modern smart locks. Similar systems are also used in Pyynikki swimming pool and Tampere Swimming Centre and outdoor pool.
