On the first floor, you will find the building’s caretaker’s office. In the lobby, you will also find Gallery Vivi, which is open from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 8 pm and is free of charge. Community Café 13

Community Café 13 is a communal meeting place open to everyone, run by the Silta-Valmennusyhdistys Ry. and the City of Tampere’s ‘Kaikkien Tampere’ development programme. As well as being a meeting place, Community Café 13 facilitates gatherings for leisure groups for older people in the space next to the café, and organises community events open to all approximately once a month in the Wivi Lönn Hall at the Monitoimitalo 13. The activities are open to everyone and free of charge. The exact meeting times for the hobby groups can be found below. Changes to the group programme are possible, particularly during holiday periods. For further information on the content of the group activities, please ask a community worker.

At the Community Café, you can take part in social rehabilitation, preparatory activities and rehabilitative work activities designed to promote inclusion. Further information can be found on the Silta-Valmennus Association’s website.

You can buy sweet and savoury café items at Community Café 13. You can also order catering through the café for events held at the Monitoimitalo. The café’s contact details for placing catering orders are provided below.

Community Café 13 is located on the ground floor of the Youth Culture Centre Monitoimitalo 13. The venue is accessible, and we are committed to adhering to the principles of a safer space.

On the second floor of Monitoimitalo 13, you can dive into the world of music and media. In hobby groups, you can learn how to write rap lyrics, sing, play music and take photos. On the second floor Stage, you can also enjoy a variety of events or even organise your own. You can find out more about the hobby groups in Monitoimitalo 13 on the hobby groups page.

The youth activity space Kupla in the lobby can be booked for use by young people and youth groups. If your project or group is missing a meeting place, you can ask for a space in Kupla! Find out more about Kupla on the Free space for young people page.

On the second floor you will also find a studio where you can record a quality demo at an affordable price. On the second floor, you will find the Pajasto music and media workshop and av-workshop during the day.

The 3rd floor of Monitoimitalo 13 is dedicated to crafts and visual arts. There are four different spaces on this floor.

Handicrafts is a place where you can decide what you want to make and be inspired by a huge variety of materials. You'll have a wide range of tools at your disposal and skilled instructors are always on hand to help. In the accepting and relaxed atmosphere of Monitoimitalo 13, it's easy to let your creativity run wild. Crafts and art are tools for self-expression, and we want to respect everyone's individual way of being creative.

The craft activities are aimed at young people aged 9-28. Activities are free of charge for guidance and use of equipment, materials are charged on a pay-as-you-go basis and prices are very affordable. There are also free activities and you can use your own materials if you wish.

On the 4th floor, you can, among other things, rent spaces for meetings and leisure activities. There are also rooms available for rent on the other floors. Each room is equipped with modern facilities and can be equipped with a wide range of equipment as required.

In addition to the space and equipment, you will find sound and lighting technicians at the Monitoimitaloc 13, whose expertise you can call on to make sure your event is a success. Please note that the need for technical staff must be specified at the time of booking. A separate fee will be charged for this work.

The Wivi Lönn hall on the 4th floor is also the home of the Tampere Youth Theatre and dance groups. The hall is also used by other Culture Centre youth groups.

The fifth floor of the building is home to the Pajasto arts and crafts workshops.
