Project Collaboration with Employment and Growth Services

Employment and Growth Services acts as a versatile cooperation partner in projects that promote employment, the availability of skilled labour, and the employment conditions for entrepreneurship and small and medium-sized enterprises. In projects, we place particular emphasis on impact, demand-driven solutions, and anticipation of changes in the operating environment. 

The Tampere Region Employment Strategy 2026–2035 sets the direction for project activities within employment and growth services. The vision of the strategy is growth, referring to an increase in the number of jobs and employed persons, a high and high‑quality employment rate, and ensuring the availability of skilled labour.
The strategy guides us to invest in projects that support the functioning of the labour market, respond to employers’ needs, and strengthen the region’s vitality in the long term. As a rule, our collaborative projects have a clear link to our strategic objectives.

Project collaboration requests

Project collaboration requests addressed to Employment and Growth Services must be submitted well in advance of the funding application deadline. We kindly request that project collaboration proposals will be submitted at least one month before the funding call closes.
