Workspaces and stations
Lielahti Manor offers a variety of work spaces or stations for rent. The spaces are shared, but privacy and a peaceful working environment are taken into account. Workspaces can be partitioned using screens, curtains, and other methods.
This arrangement also makes the spaces more affordable for renters. At the manor, you can rent a shared office space for 150€/month or a workstation for 80€/month. If you need a workspace or workstation less frequently, you can rent a shared portion of a workspace or workstation. In this case, the workspace or workstation is shared among multiple users over time; your share could be, for example, two days a week.
Anyone who needs the space can apply for it.

Workspace
Each room in the manor has 1–4 workspaces, depending on the room’s size.
- 150€/month for a workspace for your personal use
Sharing a workspace on a time-sharing basis among multiple people:
- 75€/month for a shared workspace between two people, per person
- 50€/month for a workspace shared by three people, per person
- 40€/month for a workspace shared by four people, per person
Workstation
A single room in the manor has 3–6 workstations, depending on the size of the room.
- 80€/month for a workstation for personal use
Sharing a workstation on a time-sharing basis among multiple people:
- 40€/month for a shared workstation for two people, per person
- 30€/month per person for a workstation shared by three people
- 20€/month per person for a workspace shared by four people
In other words, a shared workspace or workstation is used by one person at a time. If it is shared, it is used at different times. This way, you can get an affordable workstation or office at the manor!
Tenants also pay a personal community contribution of 25 € per month. The community contribution is used to support the activities of the manor’s artist community, which includes all tenants of the premises.
