Temporary early childhood education and care

Temporary early childhood education and care is intended for families not in need of a regular care service. Temporary early childhood education and care may be attended for no more than five (5) days a calendar month. The price of this service is 20 € / day / child. Temporary early childhood education and care has no effect on home care allowance.

It is possible to be provided with temporary early childhood education and care by any municipal daycare centre, provided their capacity permits. As temporary early childhood education and care is by definition occasional and temporary, it cannot be pre-booked for multiple months in a row. Inquire about temporary early childhood education and care directly from the daycare centre manager.
