Notifications of illness

If you suspect that you have contracted a food poisoning or other illness because of a food product, report it to the food control authority on ilppa, the digital reporting service of the environmental health care authority. Food sector companies also submit reports using ilppa. See below for instructions on submitting reports for both consumers and operators.

To drop in a faecal sample for testing, contact the health care services of your municipality. Residents of Tampere and Orivesi should contact the infectious diseases control unit, tel. 040 806 4213.
