School year and holidays

The school year consists of two parts: the autumn and spring terms. There are no classes during the summer. In addition to summer holiday, students have autumn holiday, Christmas holiday, winter holiday, and Easter holiday. The holiday periods vary from year to year. Schools notify guardians of the start and end dates of the school year and the holiday periods.
