COVID-19 related restrictions and recommendations

All indoor public events and general meetings are prohibited until 21 January 2022.


A COVID-19 passport does not exempt you from these regulations. The use of COVID-19 passports is, therefore, on hold.


The regulation does not apply to supervised hobbies, statutory services or professional sports for children born in 2003 and younger.


Sports

Professional sports and supervised recreational activities aimed at children born in 2003 or later are still allowed in indoor sports facilities.

– The indoor swimming pools at Tesoma, Pyynikki and Hervanta and Tampere swimming centre are closed.

– Professional sports and recreational activities aimed at children born in 2003 or later involving swimming will be concentrated in Tampere swimming centre from until .

– Professional sports and supervised recreational activities for children born in 2003 or later will continue to be allowed in gyms.


Tampere Libraries

Libraries are open according to normal opening conditions, and in order to guarantee the safe service of the customers, both the collection facilities and the self-service libraries are in use.
– Magazine reading and the use of customer computers for essential services is only possible at safe distances.

– The mobile library can be used by two customers or a family at a time.

– Customers are encouraged to conduct their visits to the library as quickly as possible and, therefore, staying in the library is not allowed.


Museums

– The exhibition activities of the museums are open according to normal opening conditions.

– The number of customers is limited to 10 persons/exhibition space.

– Public and other events and guided tours of museums are cancelled.

Vapriikki is closed for renovation from 13th of December 2021 to 9th of January 2022.


Tampere Philharmonic
