Hervanta Trio Welfare Centre

Hervanta Trio is the hub for a number of services that are important to the people of Hervanta. The services are located in three buildings designed by Raili and Reima Pietilä near the Duo Shopping Centre.

Hervanta Trio has a library, a youth centre and indoor sports facilities, as well as the The Wellbeing Services County of Pirkanmaa's health centre, a dental clinic and a maternity and child health clinic. The health centre building also houses the sampling laboratory of Fimlab Laboratoriot Oy. 

Hervanta also has the L8 Community Centre and the Keinupuisto Meeting and Service Point, which provide a wide range of free services and advice to support everyday life. 

Library

On the second floor of Hervanta Library you will find a wide range of reading material in many languages and a rich music section. A newspaper reading room is also located on the same floor. The library offers guidance on e-services and basic use of a computer or smart device, among other things. For more information, visit the digital support website.

Youth centre

The Hehku youth centre in Hervanta is located in the Hervanta Leisure Centre. All young people are welcome to Hehku, regardless of where they live.

Hervanta Leisure Centre

The leisure centre offers a wide range of indoor sports, from ball sports to gym training. The centre has several meeting and training rooms with varying levels of equipment.

Social and health services

The social and health services for Tampere residents are organised by the Wellbeing Services County of Pirkanmaa. Hervanta has a social and health centre, dental clinics and a maternity and child welfare clinic. There is also a Fimlab laboratory in Hervanta.

Likellä clubs

In Hervanta, there are volunteer-run Likellä clubs for people over 60.

Reservable spaces

The Hervanta library and leisure centre have facilities that associations, for example, can book for events or meetings. The library's exhibition space can be reserved for exhibitions of photography or art, for example. You can search for available spaces in Timmi using the keywords “liikuntapalvelut” (sports services) and Hervannan vapaa-aikakeskus (Hervanta Leisure Centre). You can book the facilities at the Sports Services customer service. Please note that the Hervanta Leisure Centre is currently closed for renovation.

Public transport

The centre of Hervanta is well connected by public transport. You can get there by tram 3 and buses 6 and 38. You can also reach the services in the centre of Hervanta with the Pali service buses 5, 10 and 16.
