The Spring Bazaar event fills Culture House Laikku with springtime atmosphere and a diverse program on Saturday, March 21, from 12 noon to 5 p.m. Come and make discoveries at the pop-up market, attend the opening of the photo exhibition, and enjoy the performances. Admission to the event is free.

The electrical cabinet artwork located in South Hervanta was created by Waseka Rahman. The Spring Bazaar will celebrate, among other things, the opening of an exhibition showcasing street art in South Hervanta.

During the afternoon of the Spring Bazaar, visitors can explore the pop-up art and craft market by local artists in Lecture Hall, where unique products and artworks are on sale. During the day, the Music Hall will host performances including Tampere's Liikkuva Näyttämö theater company's play Rautatie (the play is in Finnish), two light performances by FlowingLinda, and Puppet Theatre ANNOS's playful family-friendly performance HA, HA, HALTIJA! In addition, Napolitan Duo will take the audience on a musical journey to Naples, accompanied by stories and classic songs.

The Lobby Gallery on the third floor will host a photography exhibition entitled Enemmän samanlaisia kuin erilaisia – More alike than different, which showcases street art in South Hervanta. The second floor Gallery continues to host the exhibition Kahden kotimaan kaikuja (Echoes of Two Homelands), which will be accompanied by a cheerful and open-minded nonsense choir and rhythmic recitation workshop.

The Children's Cultural Center Rulla will offer non-stop art workshops and organization information points, and Café Laikku will serve event guests throughout the event.

The event is part of both the ARMAS festival and the Anti-Racism Week program.
