Disruptions in the Sports Services online shop fixed
A problem with Mastercard card payments and refunds in the Sports Services online shop has been fixed. Payments and refunds are working normally again.
Paytrail has corrected the authorizations caused by failed payment attempts, but if the authorizations do not return within a few days, please contact the Sports Services’ customer service.
On Monday 5 January, some Mastercard card payments did not go through at all, and in some cases payments went through but tickets were not received.
