Chat is particularly useful in situations where you need a quick answer or instruction. You can find the chat window at the bottom of the page on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., whenever service advisors are available.

The customer services of the various services can help you with matters related to early childhood education, Nysse public transport, sports and cultural services, or employment and growth services.

The Registry office receives and registers all matters and documents leading to administrative decision-making and provides information services on pending matters. You can read the city's official announcements and notices on the city's electronic notice board (in Finnish).

Use the secure mail service

You can send a message to the Registry office's email using the city's secure mail service. In this case, the message will be encrypted.

Always call when there is a threat or danger to human life or health, property or the environment. Also call when you suspect that this is the case, or you find the situation threatening. The Emergency Response Centre officer will send to you help provided by the police, rescue services, pre-hospital emergency medical care or social services.
