At Ainikki Early Childhood Education and Care Centre we offer care for children aged 10 months to 6 years.
Early childhood education is strongly based on physical activity. The activities are based on the children's interests; the children are involved in the planning, implementation and evaluation of the activities. The learning environment is designed in cooperation with the children and materials, play and physical equipment are available to the children. There are seven groups of children in the Ainikki. Ainikki is part of the Sampo early childhood education and care (ECEC) centre, which also includes the Sampo Early Childhood Education and Care Centre and pre-primary education.
