Job Fair Tampere brings international talent and local employers together at Tampere-talo in September

Connecting different actors – including startups

Job Fair Tampere is aimed at companies in the Tampere region, international jobseekers and students. The event is open to all industries and offers a low-threshold opportunity for face-to-face encounters.

This year, the event will feature a dedicated startup area. Previous events have shown clear demand for more structured interaction between startups and talent. The new area brings these actors together as part of the overall event.

The event benefits both employers and talent:

• recruiting companies can reach a large pool of international talent in a short time
• companies without current vacancies can strengthen their employer brand and build a talent pool for future needs
