Nysse customer service moves to City Hall in June
Nysse customer service will move to the new Tampere City Hall in early June. Due to the move, the customer service will be closed on Friday, 29 May 2026. Nysse's phone service will operate normally on Friday, 29 May, from 9 to 12.
The customer service will move from Frenckellinaukio 2 B to Aleksis Kiven katu 14-16 B. The new office will open on Monday, 1 June 2026.
New location close to the old one
The new customer service office is located in Tampere City Hall. The new location is near the old one, opposite Frenckellinaukio. The change will not affect the opening hours of the customer service or the content of the services - only the address will change.

Tampere service point will move to the same address on 1 June, 2026. The service point helps with city services and provides support in using online services.
