Changes to the opening hours of the Employment and Growth Services phone services
There will be a change in the phone services opening hours for job seekers and employers starting November 3, 2025.
For job seekers
Starting November 3, 2025, our phone service for job seekers will be available on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The phone number remains the same: 040 801 6581.
You can also take care of job search–related matters in the following ways:
- Use the E-services at Job Market Finland, available every day, around the clock.
- Visit our office, open on weekdays until 4 p.m. Please note that the Tullikatu office closes at 3 p.m.
- If you are under 30, you can visit Tampere Ohjaamo until 4 p.m. at Hammareninkatu 5 B, 1st floor.

For employers
Starting November 3, 2025, our phone service for employers will be available from Monday to Thursday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., and on Fridays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The phone number remains the same: 040 580 8811.
- After 1 p.m. on Fridays, you can leave a callback request. We will contact you on the next business day.
