The City of Tampere uses the services and features of social media. The current issues on the website can be shared on social media channels using quick links. The city also makes use of social media for the purposes of communications, marketing, inclusion, and cooperation with various stakeholders. Tampere has its own Facebook page, Twitter profile, Instagram profile, YouTube channel, and LinkedIn page. Many of the city’s operating units and projects also have their own social media services at their disposal.
