Ohjaamo’s Calendar

You can see the professionals available at Ohjaamo in the calendar. You do not need to know who to talk to.

Different professionals visit Ohjaamo on different days. Check the schedule in the Google calendar (calendar in Finnish) or contact Ohjaamo: [email protected]. You can also call or send a WhatsApp message to +358 40 197 5144.

Below are some examples of professionals who visit weekly starting from August 2026.

Service advisors and employment coaches (omavalmentaja) are available every day. Social counsellors are available every weekday except Wednesday. The Kela video connection is also available every day until 3 p.m.

Diaconal services are available on Mondays from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. The sports coordinator is available on Tuesdays from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Valomo coaching for men under 30 with refugee background is available on Wednesdays from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
