There was approximately a one-hour disruption in our phone services for personal customers today.

The disruption has now been resolved. During the disruption, callers were unable to join the queue or receive service. However, records of the calls have been stored in the system for possible later review.
Customers will not face any consequences due to the situation, for example if cancelling an appointment was not possible because of the disruption.
