The Mayor of Tampere Ilmari Nurminen will present his budget proposal for 2026 on Wednesday 22 October at 11 a.m. The event will be broadcast live on the city's website at Live broadcast page (broadcast in Finnish).
Mayor Nurminen and Juha Yli-Rajala, the city's Group Director, will present the mayor's budget proposal, reviewing the current state of the city's finances and the measures proposed for next year. The City Council will discuss the budget and Tampere's updated strategy at its meeting on 10 November 2025.
