Answer the summer maintenance questionnaire and enter the prize draw for gift vouchers

Recall how parks and paths were maintained during the summer and autumn. Were the parks, playgrounds, playing fields, outdoor exercise areas or other activity areas, squares and squares clean and pleasant? Was the playground and fitness equipment in good working order and safe? You have until 19.10.2025 to answer the questionnaire.

The questionnaire is also open in English. If you wish, you can participate in the Tampere Infra gift card draw. Four 50 euro gift vouchers will be drawn.

First, select the maintenance area where you would like to give feedback. Tampere is divided into 10 maintenance areas. Give a rating from 1 to 5 for the level of maintenance of parks and other green areas and pathways, and you can also rate the condition of play equipment, litter and lighting, for example.

If you wish, you can also provide free feedback or suggestions for improvements to the maintenance of the areas. It will take you a few minutes at the most to respond.

The surveys allow the city to monitor user satisfaction and provide valuable feedback to help improve maintenance.

The city's public areas are managed by Tampere Infra with the help of private contractors.
