Tampere Outdoor Swimming Pool opens on Friday 9 May
As usual, summer 2025 will bring events, aquatic activities and swimming schools to the Outdoor Swimming Pool.
Wibit Aqua Track will arrive in May and will delight water lovers all week from 19 May to 25 May from Monday to Friday from 10.30 am to 5 pm and at the weekend from 11 am to 3 pm.
The popular pay per visit aquatic exercise groups will take place from 12 May on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 8 am to 8.30 am. The exercise groups continue until 22 August.
Paid swimming schools will be held at the Outdoor Pool from 2 June to 13 June and 14 July to 25 July. Registration for swimming schools starts on 19 May at 9 am in the online registration system.
Families Summer Day at the Outdoor Swimming Pool invites families to spend an active day at the Swimming Pool on Saturday 14 June from 12 noon to 3 pm. DJ Juissi will provide relaxed music to celebrate the summer days on Saturdays 19 July, 2 August and 6 September from 2 pm to 5 pm. The summer will be crowned with Sykettä syksyyn autumn wellness event on Wednesday 20 August from 10 am to 3 pm.
In September, Fridays are again spent in the warmth of a trailer sauna, while a moonlight swim will add some atmosphere to the cooler autumn evening on 6 September.

Opening hours for the 2025 season
As usual, the Outdoor Swimming Pool will also be open during the Midsummer period, on Friday 20 June from 7 am to 2 pm, on Midsummer Day 21 June from 1 pm to 8 pm and on Sunday 22 June from 10 am to 6 pm.

The outdoor pool is exceptionally open on 29 May from 10 am to 6 pm.
Entrance to the pool will end 1 hour 15 minutes before the Outdoor Swimming Pool closes and the pools will close 30 minutes before the area closes.
