The city’s volunteer exercise companions can join you for free as a buddy for physical activity. They also organize open walking and gym groups for everyone.

If you're unsure what kind of exercise suits you, seek support from the sports counselling service. The advisors will help and encourage you.

You can also benefit from the free Coaching for beginning exercisers available through the Omaolo.fi service.
