Booking an appointment in all dental clinics

For a missed appointment that has not been cancelled, all clients over 15 years of age will be charged a fee of 50,80 euros. The fee can be charged if the appointment is not cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time.

Checking, rescheduling and cancelling appointments

If you are unable to keep your appointment, cancel or reschedule it at least 24 hours before the appointment:

  • through the online appointment service, using your Internet bank identifiers, or
  • by calling the centralised appointment service, tel. 03 5657 0100

On the Internet, you can check, cancel or reschedule your appointments and make the initial appointment to see a dental hygienist for an assessment of the need for treatment. You can also make an urgent appointment with a dentist.

If a guardian has made an agreement for handling matters related to a dependant with the City of Tampere, he or she may use the Internet service to manage the appointments of his or her children who are under 15 years old.

Appointment service for urgent dental treatment

  • Monday to Friday 8 - 18, tel. 03 5657 0111
  • Monday to Friday 18 - 21 and on weekends and midweek holidays 8 - 21, appointments are given by the Health care counselling, tel. 10023 or 03 10023 when calling from a mobile phone.
