Park meals
Welcome to City of Tampere's Park Meals!
Activities and meals for under-18-year-olds on weekdays during the summer. Monday to Thursday 2 June – 17 July 2025
- at 11–12, planned activities
- at 12–13, free meal for under 18-year-olds
- At times there are activities also at 13–14
No advance registration required. Rain or shine. Please bring your own plate, utensils and water bottle.

The food is prepared by Pirkanmaan Voimia.
The partners for the summer 2025 are TampereMissio in Kaukajärvi, SPR Tampere in Tesoma and Kansalaistalo Mansikkapaikka in Lielahti.
Children are under the responsibility of their guardians.
The park meal
The City of Tampere has been organising park meals for children and young people since 2021, the first park meal area was at Peltolammi. The following summer, the park meal was available in four areas, Peltolammi, Tesoma, Hervanta and Kaukajärvi. In 2023, Lielahti was added as a new area and in 2024 Nekala. In 2025, the new area will be Linnainmaa.
