Park meals
Summer 2026 is just around the corner
In 2026, the City of Tampere will organize park meal in seven parks around Tampere. The areas are:
Hervanta
Kaukajärvi
Lielahti
Linnainmaa
Nekala
Peltolammi
Tesoma
Activities and meals for under-18-year-olds on weekdays during the summer. Monday to Thursday 1 June – 16 July 2026
Do you want to participate in a park meal?
You can use the following forms to register your interest in participating in a park meal. The first form is for communities, associations and companies. The second form is for individuals. All will be contacted by the Youth Services.
The park meal
The City of Tampere has been organising park meals for children and young people since 2021, the first park meal area was at Peltolammi. The following summer, the park meal was available in four areas, Peltolammi, Tesoma, Hervanta and Kaukajärvi. In 2023, Lielahti was added as a new area and in 2024 Nekala, and in 2025 Linnainmaa.
