When a need for new workers arises, suitable candidates for the employer are scouted from among the job seeker clients of the City of Tampere Employment and Growth Services. The final selection is made by the private employment agency and the hiring company. In the event that the selected person’s expertise needs updating alongside their work, the educational institutes in the region can provide studies in the areas required for the work tasks.
