Rekry + for employers
For employers, Rekry + is a painless and free option for finding new workers to join the team. When a need for new workers arises, suitable candidates for the employer are scouted from among the job seeker clients of the City of Tampere Employment and Growth Services. The final selection is made by the private employment agency and the hiring company. In the event that the selected person’s expertise needs updating alongside their work, the educational institutes in the region can provide studies in the areas required for the work tasks.

Rekry + for job seekers
For job seekers, Rekry + offers an opportunity for fast employment. A job seeker can get involved in work life and get a salary, even if expertise does not yet quite correspond to the job position. Job seekers are able to develop in a real work environment, combined with short periods of training at educational institutes. Expertise only needs to be developed as much as is necessary. The job positions in Rekry + are generally not made public, so job applicants have a higher chance of succeeding in the application process.

Train an apprentice
An apprenticeship is a great way of recruiting a new employee. Through an apprenticeship a student gets to grow into a professional on the job through practical tasks, and the employer gets an employee with the right skill set for the job. In an apprenticeship the employer only needs to pay the apprentice’s salary. Do note that it is also possible to apply for wage subsidy to employ an unemployed job seeker as an apprentice.

During a work trial the work trial employee gets acquainted with the work and the work place, and you as an employer can get to know the work trial employee and later on recruit a worker who is already familiar with the ways of the work place.
