Topping up a swimming wristband online
A handy way of downloading more pool visits onto your existing wristband is doing it online. This possibility is available for wristbands on which the customer service of a swimming pool or the Sports Services has downloaded a ten-visit serial ticket.
The visits you bought are downloaded onto the wristband the next time you read them at the sports venue, however at the earliest two hours after you bought them. You must download the ticket at the entrance gate to a sports venue within 30 days.
If you wish to download a new product on a wristband, for example swap a multi-visit ticket for adults to a multi-visit ticket for children, you can only do so at the ticket office of a swimming pool.
Downloading tickets onto sports wristbands
To download tickets onto your wristband, you will need:
A swimming wristband that you bought at a swimming pool ticket office or the Sports Services’ customer service point.
A computer with a working internet connection.
Online banking IDs or a credit card to pay for your tickets.
- Type in the number you can find on the back of the wristband. You can find the number on the back of the wristband.
- Select your ticket and click on Eteenpäin (Continue).
- Read the online shop’s terms of delivery carefully and continue.
- Accept the order and, if you wish, enter the email address to which a confirmation of your purchase will be sent. Accept and continue to payment.
- Select your bank and pay with your online banking IDs.
- Remember to return to the vendor's service after the payment transaction. The tickets are automatically downloaded onto your wristband as the entrance gate reads it.
