Helapuisto Daycare Centre

Helapuisto Daycare Centre is part of the Hervanta early childhood education unit, which also includes Hervanta Daycare Centre and South Hervanta pre-primary education unit. Helapuisto Daycare Centre provides early childhood education for around 90 children in five groups.

Our centre is open Mon–Fri 6.00–17.00 (18.00) Thanks to our good location, it is easy to make excursions into the surrounding area, further into Hervanta as well as outside Hervanta. The core values of the Helapuisto centre are equal and sensitive interaction with children, genuine presence and inclusion. Normal daily life, regular and familiar schedules, routines and familiar, genuinely present adults are the cornerstones of our unhurried, safe and high-quality daily life.

It is important for us to accept the child exactly as he or she is, to listen to the child and to be genuinely present, because every child is unique and valuable.
