The Irjala Early Childhood Education and Care Centre has ten early childhood education groups that operate in pairs in their home areas. Downstairs, our home areas are Männyt and Vaahterat. Upstairs, Koivut and Kuuset. Tammet operate in a separate, beautiful Manor building in the courtyard. In addition, upstairs are our two preschool groups, Pajut and Lepät. There are four primary education classes in Irjala.
The cornerstones of our home area activities are small group activities, supporting children's participation, and a positive and sensitive approach to working. Children are offered hugs, genuine presence, and are met exactly as they are. We also have fun! The core of our activities is to guarantee a good and healthy day for children in early childhood education.
We have a variety of facilities available both indoors and outdoors. The gym inspires movement, and the diverse courtyard and pleasant surroundings encourage exploration and adventure.
We value cooperation with guardians and strive to strengthen the involvement of families in the everyday life of early childhood education. We walk alongside the family, supporting them and listening to their wishes and thoughts. Together we discover the child's strengths and possible support needs. We want every child to feel valuable and wonderful!
