Tampere city is opening an feedback survey for social and primary health care customers

Tampere city is opening annual customer feedback survey at 23th October- 5th November 2017 for customers who have used Tampere or Orivesi services during 2017. You can participate at the survey at www.tampere.fi/welfareservices.

Answering for questions require scattering minutes. Questions are related to availability of service, customer treatment and service utility. About 250 units, including Omapihlaja Hervanta and OmaPihlaja Kehräsaari are aboard at the survey.

Feedback results will publish at the www.tampere.fi-page. Results will be given to the service administrations and units. Last year survey gathered 2 900 feedbacks. Most acknowledgments was gives to professional and friendly customer service. Worst evaluation was given to long line up´s of services. Customers would desire more eventualities to participate on contemplation and estimation of services. Evolution of network services was also one of customers aspirations according to feedbacks.

Results will be used developing services. Given feedback has for its part have an impact of wider possibilities to participate, development of network services and pursuits of the service availability.

Survey has gathered by Monday 30.10.2017 over 800 feedbacks. Survey is open until 05.11.2017
