Tampere Service Point

We advise you on how to apply for a daycare place, a parking permit or a boat mooring, for example, when using electronic services. To help you with the services, we have collected City of Tampere’s electronic services on page Use of services.

If you wish, you can also obtain guidance on how to use client computers or the electronic bulletin board on the premises of the Service Point. The bulletin board helps you view both pending and actual plans as well as public notices on permits issued by building control. 

We offer multi-channel customer service

Choose the service channel that suits you. You can contact the Service Point by email, phone, through a chat function, or face to face. Tampere Service Point is located at Frenckellinaukio 2 B, right in the centre of Tampere. We will be happy to serve you.

Services are provided in Finnish and English. Transactions with Tampere Service Point are made more efficient by an interpretation service that enables service in dozens of other languages.
