Park meals
Thank you for the summer of 2023!
Thank you to all the children, young people and their families who participated in the programme and the City of Tampere park meals! A warm thank you also to all our partners and volunteers.
In summer 2023, the City of Tampere organised park dining activities from 5 June to 27 July 2023 in five areas: Hervanta, Kaukajärvi, Lielahti, Peltolammi and Tesoma.
The meals were open to all children and young people under the age of 16. There was no need to register in advance. The food was prepared by Pirkanmaan Voimia.
The park meals were organised in cooperation between the City of Tampere and other actors. The main partners were the Pirkanmaa Welfare Region, TampereMissio and Kansalaistalo Mansikkapaikka. Parishes, companies and other organization as well as private individuals were also involved.
