The presidential election day is on Sunday
The 2024 presidential election will culminate in the election day on Sunday 11 February, when Finns will probably have their last chance in six years to vote for their candidate for President of Finland.
On election day, you will vote at your own polling station. Polling stations will be open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Remember to bring your official identity card.
The numbers of the candidates, Pekka Haavisto and Alexander Stubb, can be found in the voting booths. Do not draw or write anything other than the candidate's number on the ballot paper or it will be discarded.
You can check your polling station, for example, in the Messages section of Suomi.fi, where everyone entitled to vote has been informed of their right to vote, or at the polling station service of the Ministry of Justice.
