Tampere and Orivesi health services' electronic forms and web messages not available from 12 December 2022 to 1 January 2023

Due to the transition to the wellbeing services county, the Tampere and Orivesi health services' electronic forms and web messaging service will be unavailable from 12 December 2022 to 1 January 2023. During the downtime, you cannot, among others, fill in an online consent form or send an electronic contact form to a health centre.

Web messages cannot be sent during the downtime, nor can professionals respond to them. If you already have a two-way online communication link with a professional, it will not be immediately available on 2 January 2023 due to the data transfer. The connection is scheduled to reopen at the beginning of 2023. After the downtime, you will no longer see your old web messages, but if necessary, a healthcare professional can check your information for you.

During the interruption, you can contact health services with the Omaolo online service, by calling or visiting an on-site service point. Health care counselling is available every day from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. at 03 5657 0023.

The downtime does not apply to dental health care or social welfare online services.

Until the end of 2022, appointments for health services can be booked through the website of the City of Tampere. Next year, all online services in the wellbeing services county of Pirkanmaa will be centralised into a single online service portal, which will be accessible through the wellbeing services county's website, pirha.fi. Tampere and Orivesi online health services, such as online appointments and electronic forms, will also be transferred there at the beginning of 2023.
