Group booking system and digital sales in the Culture Service Group
Group booking system
The new platform enables teachers and other professionals to register for various city sports and cultural services (such as Taidekaari – Culture Arc and swimming lessons). The group booking system replaces previous registration methods with a single unified system, making everyday work easier for teachers and others working with groups.
Through the group registration process, teachers and group leaders can plan trips and events effortlessly. Registration is managed on a single platform, which significantly eases administrative work and saves time – time that can instead be devoted to planning and carrying out activities themselves.
Digital ticket sales
Digital sales for museums is another important part of the project. This will enable residents and tourists alike to access the city’s museums and other cultural attractions smoothly and easily. In the future, tickets can be conveniently reserved and purchased online, making visits even more enjoyable.
The digital ticketing system offers users the ability to reserve and buy tickets directly online. This makes planning visits more flexible and facilitates access to cultural destinations. It also reduces queuing times and ensures access to popular exhibitions and events.
The system allows the monitoring of ticket sales and visitor numbers in real time, which helps museums and other cultural institutions plan and organise events more efficiently. Users also receive up-to-date information about the status of exhibitions and events, allowing them to better plan their visits.
Our project’s objective is to create a flexible and user-friendly system that meets a variety of needs and brings cultural and sports services closer to customers.
