How to get in touch with us?
- You can leave a contact request to your Employment Service Specialist via the E-services of Job Market Finland
- You can call our customer service, phone number 040 801 6581. We serve from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 3.00 p.m.
- You can send email to us, address [email protected]. You can also send confidential information and attachments to [email protected] by using turvaposti. Your message will be encrypted. To be able to use Turvaposti, you need to register your email address to the service first. Follow instructions you get by using the link of Turvaposti. Service is provided in Finnish.
- You can deliver documents to the following service points on weekdays by 4:00 p.m.: Pellavatehtaankatu 25, Pakkahuoneenaukio 2, 2nd floor and Rautatienkatu 10. You can deliver documents by 3 p.m. also to Tullikatu 6, 3rd floor.
