The Exercise Day of Your Dreams in Hakametsä on 10 May
The Exercise Day of Your Dreams is a national day coordinated by the Finnish Olympic Committee. The goal is to inspire people to move and find new ways to excercise. In Tampere, the event is organised by Tampere City, Peab and YH Kodit Oy.
The Exercise Day of Your Dreams will be celebrated at Hakametsä Stadium in Tampere on Wednesday, May 10, from 4 pm to 7 pm. The event is free for both operators and visitors.
The program includes public skating, trick tracks, guidance on preventing sports injuries, mobility testing and sport demonstrations. Would you like to find a new sports hobby?
At the event, it is also possible to get to know the future plans of the renewed Hakametsä Sport Campus. Hakametsä, which is famous for its legendary ice stadium, will be renewed and serve its visitors better than before. It will expand into a unique cluster of exercise, sport and wellness, providing a versatile, world-class setting for elite athletes and amateurs, as well as for the activities of organisations and businesses.
