Ohjaamo Tampere – The One-Stop Guidance Center

One door - many services. Ohjaamo One-Stop Guidance Center is a place where you can get help in matters related to work, education and everyday life for young adults under the age of 30. If you don't know where to start, start from Ohjaamo! Our doors are open Monday to Friday between noon and 4 p.m., no appointment required. It doesn't matter how big or small your question is, we are here to help you!

Opening hours and exceptions

  • 18 June: Ohjaamo closes at 3 PM
  • 19 June: Midsummer Eve. Ohjaamo is closed
  • 6–19 July: Summer break. Ohjaamo is closed. We are open again on 20 July at 12–4 PM

Remote services

  • Remote services are not available when we are closed
  • There may be delays in responses, We will call you back or reply as soon as possible
  • Please note: You cannot cancel appointments (with your coach, social counsellor, or other specialist), not by email or by calling Ohjaamo.

How can Ohjaamo help?

Do you need help finding a job? Have you received a letter from your landlord and you are not sure what to do about it? Do you wish to know what rights you have regarding social insurance? These topics and many more are exactly the kind of things that Ohjaamo is here to help you with.

Ohjaamo offers many services related to:

  • Job seeking and services related to employment (e.g. employment coach/omavalmentaja)
  • Education and studying
  • Finding a place to live and topics related to housing
  • Health and well-being
  • KELA
  • Advice on financies and debt counselling
  • Free time

All of the services at Ohjaamo are free of charge. Some of our services are only available via appointment, but you are free to come to Ohjaamo and ask for assistance. We will help you forward on your path, whatever guidance you might need. You don't have to know which professional's help you need, we at Ohjaamo will help you.

When you ring Ohjaamo's doorbell you will most likely first talk with a service advisor who will help you towards the services you require.
