An annual sales spot is applied via an electronic form, and a lease agreement is made. The price depends on the size and location of the sales spot.
Required attachments for the application:
Daily sales spots do not require an application and cannot be reserved in advance. Market squares have designated tables and sales areas of various sizes where sellers bring their own equipment.
Sales area sizes and prices:

During the summer season (May 2 – August 31), market supervisors are available on Mon–Sat, 6:00-15:00. The Tammelantori supervisor is located in the same building as Tammelan Grilli.
Flea market spots are available at all three market squares and can be reserved via the City of Tampere’s Varaamo service.

Christmas Tree Sales in Tampere
Christmas trees may be sold starting December 13 at the following locations: Tammelantori, Hervanta Market Square, Laukontori, Liisanpuisto parking area and Pyynikintori.
Sales may also be proposed for other city-owned areas. Sellers must be able to provide proof of the trees’ origin.
