The facade renovation of Culture House Laikku and Rulla starts on March. The noisiest phase of the renovation starts at the beginning of March and lasts until the end of April. Because of this, we cannot guarantee the best conditions for little visitors in Rulla, so the facilities are completely closed during March-April. We try to move some functions to other facilities if possible. We will inform you more about these later.
Children’s Cultural Centre Rulla
Children's Cultural Centre Rulla is normally open until Sunday 3rd March and will be closed from 4th March to 30th April due to facade renovation.
Children's Cultural Centre Rulla

Rulla's principles of a safer space
• Rulla is a common living room where we operate on the terms of the smallest ones
• In Rulla, everyone is important - you can be exactly who you are and like what you like
• Everyone gets to make art in Rulla - everyone's artwork is equally valuable
• In Rulla, you can express yourself - remember to consider others
• Treat other visitors with kindness and respect so that everyone has a good time
• Give others peace to act, play and participate in their own way
• Listen and ask – don't assume
• We can also make mistakes - we know how to apologize
• The instructor of Rulla is present and accessible and helps if necessary in different situations
