What is a club card?

Youth centers use the club card to simplify communication between staff, young people, and parents. Since many activities require the contact details of both the youth and their guardians, the card helps reduce paperwork and improve data security by combining important information into one form. The club card is free of charge.

How to apply for a club card?

The link first directs you to Suomi.fi authentication, where your identity is verified using online banking credentials. Once you have authenticated, you can proceed to fill in the details on the e-form. This application is completed on the same form for all youth centers within Tampere Youth Services. The information is used exclusively by Tampere City Youth Services and will not be shared with third parties. If the young person or guardian does not have online banking credentials, a paper application form can be obtained from staff. When returning the paper form, we will contact the parent by phone to verify that the information provided is correct.
