City bikes are shared bikes for short-term use. City bikes offer a fast, affordable and flexible way to get around, whether for business, leisure or commuting. You can use a city bike to make the whole trip or use it as part of a public transport trip.

Tampere has a city bike system with a total of 700 city bikes and around 100 city bike stations. There are city bike stations in the city centre and east of Tampere, in Hervanta and in the area between Hervanta and the city centre. You can use the city bikes via Tampere Bike Sharing mobile app, which allows users to register as city bike users, pay for the use of city bikes and take a city bike into use. The Tampere Bike Sharing app can be downloaded from your phone's app store.
