How would you improve the Tampere.fi website? Answer the user survey

What do you think of the City of Tampere website Tampere.fi? Can you find the information you are looking for, does the site work in a way that is useful to you, where it could be improved? Answer our user survey and help us develop the site to better meet the needs of our users. At the same time, you could win a prize draw for cinema tickets.

Tampere.fi aims to be a useful information site for residents and other users, providing easy access to services. Tampere.fi provides information on key current affairs and opportunities for residents to contribute, and also serves international user groups. Tampere.fi aims to be as accessible as possible for everyone and easy to use on different devices, especially on smartphones, which are the most widely used devices by the users.

We are now seeking views from users on how well the Tampere.fi website is serving them. The online user survey allows you to give your opinion on the website and make suggestions for improvements. You can also enter a prize draw for cinema tickets if you wish.

You can take part in the survey via the link below. The survey will also appear on the Tampere.fi website as a pop-up window after you have been on the website for at least 8 seconds. You can answer the survey in English or Finnish.

The survey is conducted by Pentagon Insight Ltd.

Based on the feedback from the survey, we will continue to develop the site to better meet the needs of our users. The survey is open until 4 December, 2025, at 4 pm.

5.6 million visits last year

The Tampere.fi website is the city's main daily communication channel. In addition to the Finnish version, there is an English version of the Tampere.fi website. Visitors to the site can also use the Google Translate tool in the header to translate content into several different languages.

In 2024, the site received 5.6 million visits and 12,1 million page views. The majority of visitors used a smartphone (69 % of visits). 65 % of visits arrived to the site via an external search.
