The gift card is a thoughtful, intangible gift for someone interested in personal development or in need of a break from everyday life.
The Adult Education Centre offers around 2,000 courses annually, and the gift card can be used as a payment method for any course offered by The Adult Education Centre of the Tampere Region. It is valid for 18 months from the date of purchase.
You can choose the amount for the gift card, and it can be used in multiple transactions.
We will send a payment link to your email for completing the purchase.
Once the payment is completed, we will send the gift card to your email or mail it to the address you provide. You can also pick up the gift card from the Centre’s office at Sampola.
How to use the gift card for The Adult Education Centre of the Tampere Region
You can use the gift card all at once or in parts. The gift card is not personal. Please note that it is valid for 18 months from the date of purchase.
Register for the course you wish to attend.
You can pay for the course with the gift card after registering. The payment must be made before the course begins. If the payment has not been made by the time the course starts, you will automatically receive an invoice that cannot be paid with the gift card.
Provide your gift card number to customer service by email or phone.
If the course fee exceeds the value of the gift card, you will receive a payment link by email for the remaining amount. If the course fee is lower than the gift card value, the remaining balance can be used during the card’s validity period.
If the course is cancelled, the amount will be returned to you for future use. The balance can be used during the gift card’s validity period. Please note that refunds are not paid in cash.
If you are unable to attend the course, remember to cancel your registration in time according to the terms and conditions. Course registration is always binding, even if the course has not yet been paid for.
Cancellations must always be made in writing, either through the course page under My Registrations or by email. If you cancel your registration according to the instructions, the amount charged from your gift card will be returned for future use.
