The Adult Education Centre of the Tampere Region brochure distribution starts on Wednesday, 26 November 2025 – check out the changes
The new brochure includes instructions as well as information about subject areas and course themes, but detailed course information and descriptions will now only be available on the registration website. The Adult Education Centre has published a sample brochure and course lists as downloadable PDFs on its website, but recommends checking the registration site, where all changes are updated automatically.
Brochure distribution starts on Wednesday, 26 November 2025 in Tampere and Ylöjärvi. After that, brochures can be picked up at Sampola, libraries, and several city service points. Sampola and Libraries will also have course lists available for browsing.
Course registration online begins on Thursday, 4 December 2025 at 12 pm. Registration by phone and in person at offices will be available starting Monday, 15 December 2025. Support for online registration will be offered at Sampola on Thursday, 4 December 2025 from 1 pm to 3 pm, Monday, 8 December 2025 from 10 am to 12 pm, and Thursday, 11 December 2025 from 10 am to 12 pm. In Ylöjärvi, support will be available at Library Leija on Tuesday, 9 December 2025 from 10 am to 12 pm.
Spring term courses start in the second week of January, but courses of varying lengths will begin throughout the semester until early June.
