The Adult Education Centre of the Tampere Region office is moving to the Ylöjärvi City Hall
The Ylöjärvi office of the Adult Education Centre will move from Valo Education Centre to the Ylöjärvi Town Hall at Kuruntie 14. In-person services at the City Hall will begin on Monday, August 11, 2025.
The office is moving to the Ylöjärvi City Hall due to changes in the facilities at Valo.
– Our accessibility will improve as the centre's customer service will be located in the same place as other city services, says assistant principal Anne Partanen.
The office secretary will be available at the town hall on Mondays and Tuesdays in August from 12:00 to 15:00, and from September onwards from 12:00 to 15:30. Since the corridor to the office is locked, appointments must be made in advance by calling 040 133 1463.
Registration for autumn courses will begin online on Friday, August 1, 2025, at 12:00. Registration by phone and in person at the offices will be possible from Thursday, August 14, 2025.
Support for online registration will be available in Tampere at Sampola on Monday, August 4, 2025, from 9:00 to 12:00, and in Ylöjärvi on Monday, August 11, 2025, from 10:00 to 12:00.
The office secretary will exceptionally serve at the Leija Library on Monday and Tuesday, August 25-26, 2025, from 15:30 to 18:00.
